Sunset in wildfire season

In the top of the photo, an orange sun shines through red and brown smoke. Below that is nearly-clear blue sky.

The color contrast was beyond the capabilities of my old camera. I did a bit of adjustment in GIMP but didn't get it exactly right.

The smoke is from a wildfire that is currently 56,000 acres, has been burning for 3 days, and is 20% contained.
